Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer this service.

Yes the fitter will bring our invoice to you on the day of fitting.

Yes this is no problem, many of our customers choose this option and pay a small deposit to hold their chosen carpet until they are ready for fitting.

Yes this is provided free of charge and without obligation. We prefer to measure at the earliest opportunity, ideally prior to choosing your carpet or flooring, this enables us to help you choose the most suitable option and quote accurately.

As not all our customers are able to personally visit our shop, we are happy to offer a choose at home service available upon request. After speaking with you we will bring the samples which we feel would best suit your requirements.

Yes for an additional cost, we can provide a fitting service for all types of floor coverings. Our contracted fitters and floor layers are time served craftsmen, who work to only the highest standards. Price available upon quotation, minimum charge for carpets is £40 and for vinyl cushion floor £40. We are also able to fit artificial grass. All our fitting services come with a 12 month guarantee.

Yes we provide a full range of sub-floor preparation services, the solution would be dependant on whether the subfloor is concrete or wood and whether for carpet or hardflooring. Price available upon quotation.

Timber bases would normally be prepared with plyboard. Concrete or cement screed bases need to be tested for moisture and any unevenness can be addressed with a suitable latex smoothing compound. We can provide these services for you, price available upon quotation.

Yes for a small additional charge we offer the option to uplift, remove and dispose of the existing carpet and floor covering.

This is not included in our standard fitting price as we ask for rooms to be cleared, however If you require furniture moving services or the removal and reinstatement of appliances please discuss your requirements with our estimator at your free home visit, who will be able to provide you with an additional price.

We can remove doors as required to fit the flooring, but if any adjustment is required we are currently unable to carry out this service but can recommend fellow tradesmen who do.

Yes you are able to borrow many of our samples, as we know that our customers like to check the samples in their own environment.

Yes we are happy to supply only.

We are able to fit artificial grass once the groundwork has been carried out. We don’t offer this service but are able to recommend fellow tradesmen who do.
